4 High Porosity Masks That Will Help You Hydrate and Repair Your Hair

Hello girls, as many of you have asked me for masks for high porosity, here I have 4 of my favorite masks to hydrate and repair high porosity hair.

High porosity needs proteins to be able to seal the cuticle of the hair, which is very open and as a consequence of this, hydration is not maintained, since just as it enters, it also comes out, and that is why we need proteins to repair it the open thread. Some proteins are: eggs, milk, yogurt, oatmeal, rice, among others.

Here are my favorite egg masks, as the egg is a very good source of protein for high porosity hair.

Ingredients:

One egg, half an avocado, two tablespoons of honey, two tablespoons of coconut oil and two tablespoons of olive oil.

To prepare: add the whole egg to the blender along with the other ingredients and mix very well.

You can apply this for an hour before or after shampooing as you see fit. If you use it after shampooing, rinse and use your favorite conditioner. If you apply it before shampooing, wash your hair as usual.

Ingredients:

Two tablespoons of mayonnaise, a ripe wink or half a very ripe banana, an egg and two tablespoons of your favorite oil.

To prepare: add the whole egg to the blender along with the other ingredients and mix very well.

You can apply this for an hour before or after shampooing as you see fit. If you use it after shampooing, rinse and use your favorite conditioner. If you apply it before shampooing, wash your hair as usual.

Ingredients:

One egg, one cup of aloe vera crystal, two tablespoons of castor or castor oil, and two tablespoons of coconut oil.

Preparation: peel the aloe and remove the crystal, then take it to the blender and add the egg and the oils, mix very well.

Apply for an hour before or after shampooing as you see fit. If you use it after shampooing, rinse and use your favorite conditioner. If you apply it before shampooing, wash your hair as usual.

Remember that you can combine the ingredients and if you prefer, add other ingredients to your masks such as coconut milk or yogurt so your masks will have more protein.
