4 Masks For Low Porosity That Will Help You Moisturize Your Hair

Hello ladies, here are 4 of my favorite masks for low porosity hair.

Low porosity is distinguished by having the hair cuticle very closed, which makes it difficult for hydration to penetrate the strand, which is why oils are very important in our routine.

It is also important to give the scalp a little heat so that the hydration penetrates much better, so when we are going to use our masks it is preferable to use a thermal cap or a shower cap so that the heat opens the cuticle and thus between hydration.

Remember that we must wash our hair with warm water so that it is easier for our hair to better absorb the nutrients from the masks that we apply, which we will apply after the shampoo.

Here are the masks I use the most:

Mask #1

Ingredients:

Two tablespoons of olive or avocado oil, two tablespoons of coconut oil, one tablespoon of rosemary oil. If you don't have this, use your favorite, half a cup of crystal aloe and half a cup of papaya (milky).

Preparation: add the aloe vera crystal and the papaya (milky) to the blender, then add the oils and mix very well.

We will apply the mask after shampooing and let it act for an hour, then rinse and use your favorite conditioner. If your scalp is very oily, use the masks before shampooing and after an hour wash your hair as usual.

Mask #2

Ingredients:

A tomato, two tablespoons of olive oil and two tablespoons of castor or castor oil. If you want the most solid mixture you can add two tablespoons of your favorite conditioner.

Preparation: peel the tomato and add it to the blender along with the oils and mix very well. When it is well mixed, use a strainer to remove the seeds and that's it. You can already add the conditioner if you prefer or simply use the mixture already strained.

We will apply the mask after shampooing and let it act for an hour, then rinse and use your favorite conditioner. If your scalp is very oily, use the masks before shampooing and after an hour wash your hair as usual.

If you don't have one of the oils don't worry, I always tell you that you can substitute it with your favorite oils.

I hope these masks help you and tell me which one was your favorite after trying them.
