Coffee And Cinnamon Shampoo To Promote Growth And Prevent Hair Loss

• Hello girls and boys, this time I bring you the recipe to prepare the coffee shampoo, which is to promote hair growth and we will also add cinnamon to help control hair loss.

Coffee has many benefits for good hair health thanks to the fact that it contains caffeine; which helps to promote hair growth, it also provides a lot of shine to the hair, it serves to give temporary color to dark hair, among other benefits.

Ingredients we will need:

* A cup of instant coffee powder if the shampoo is large and Half a cup if it is small. We'll use this one because ground coffee can leave straws in your hair since it doesn't dissolve in shampoo and instant coffee does.

* One to two tablespoons of cinnamon powder.

* Your favorite shampoo (try to make it sulfate-free).

To prepare, place the instant coffee and cinnamon powder in a plastic container and mix very well with a plastic spoon; then go adding the shampoo and mixing very well with the plastic spoon until the shampoo, coffee and cinnamon are well mixed. Once it is ready, use a funnel and add the mixture in a container that is comfortable for you, preferably from a shampoo that has already been finished. I used a container that had dish soap like this one in the photo.

If you don't want to do it this way you can also add the coffee powder and the cinnamon powder directly into the shampoo container, remember that the container should not be full so that all the ingredients can fit.

once you've prepared it, let the shampoo sit for 24 hours, after which time it's ready to use.

This shampoo is very good and it is the one I am currently using to make my hair grow faster and much healthier. I love how it leaves my hair and that delicious aroma.

When you are going to use it, apply it gently massaging the scalp and leave it for about 5 minutes to act and then rinse with plenty of water and use your favorite conditioner. This can be used once or twice a week until you have the desired results.
