Review: Smooth Coconut Conditioner and TREsemme Coconut & Aloe Vera Conditioner for your Co-Wash

Hello to all of you who always ask me what to use when washing your hair, so here I will give you this review of my two favorite conditioners when doing my CoWash (wash your hair only with conditioner). which leave my hair very soft and manageable.

As you know, CoWash is the method of washing your hair only with conditioner, which provides more hydration, less tangles in your hair and at the same time cleanses the scalp without losing its natural oils, which happens when we use shampoo. and the scalp becomes very dry; So to prevent that from happening, we only wash with conditioner. I use this method every other week, since I alternate with washing with shampoo.

My conditioners:

Tropical Coconut Gentle Conditioner: (which replaces shampoo)

This conditioner contains coconut, rosemary extract and vitamin E, it has an exquisite and very soft smell, its texture is a bit liquid so you have to be careful when you apply it to your hair as it can easily fall out.

It is very cheap here in Puerto Rico, it is available in stores and supermarkets and prices range from $1 to $3 depending on the size. For girls from the Dominican Republic, you can find it in stores like La Sirena and Jumbo.

Here you can see the ingredients it contains that according to the label can be used by all members of the family, the negative part of the ingredients for me was that the natural ingredients are in the last part, that is, it has little quantity, since Since I see the ingredients that are natural, I would like it to be part of the first five ingredients, which are the ones that contain the largest quantity in the indicated product.

TRESemme Botanique Coconut Milk and Aloe Vera Conditioner:

I use this to untangle the hair and to provide the ultimate hydration since it contains aloe vera and coconut milk that help a lot to hydrate dry hair and give more strength to the strand.

It has a very good smell and its texture is a little creamier than the Suave brand conditioner, it is also economical compared to the brands of products that are free of silicone, parabens and dyes; this is a good point in its favor since there are many girls who do not like to use products with these ingredients and that is why I recommend them for their hair; its price is between $5 and $6 dollars depending on the store you buy them. Girls from other countries can also get it in stores, pharmacies and supermarkets.

I loved that the natural ingredients are in the first five ingredients, with water being the main ingredient, which is very good for girls with very dry hair.

When I go to wash my hair I always use the Coconut Smooth conditioner first and with this I wash my scalp and gently scrub it so that it cleans well, and after rinsing I use the TRESemme one to untangle my hair and which it feels so smooth and manageable.

I really recommend this method (CoWash) to wash your hair so you don't have to use shampoo every time you wash your hair, to prevent the scalp from drying out and also prevent the strand from breaking due to lack of hydration .

Before doing your CoWash you can put on your favorite masks or oils. Here I used a moisturizing mask and then washed my hair with just the two conditioners.
